  • 会员060579：第二次到康莱酒店住，订了间豪华单人房，早上到前台办理入住，前台小伙接待员说昨晚房间住满房了，还没有干净的房间，二话不说要帮我跟经理申请免费升级住小套房一房一厅的，心里挺高兴的，入住过程不会等太久，晚上有朋友来房间做客，房间刚好有客厅沙发可以接待喝茶，总体住很舒服安静。
